A place for cats

From the inception of the practice, Dr. Watson and Dr. Winterowd envisioned a dedicated group of professionals working together for clients, patients and the profession. They attribute their success to the fine staff and the services offered.

The practice philosophy of College Station Cat Clinic is teamwork with an emphasis on communication. They believe in the delivery of up-to-date services to patients in a compassionate and humane manner while remaining sensitive to clients.

The staff at College Station Cat Clinic is a team of compassionate, dedicated professionals whose primary purpose is to serve clients whose cats are members of their family. We continually strive for excellence in medicine, surgery and service in order to enrich and lengthen the special relationship between people and their cats.

Dr. Marzec has been working exclusively with cats since shortly after her graduation in 2009 from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. While she started veterinary school with intentions of being a small animal veterinarian, she realized early on that felines were just not getting the attention that they deserved. She also realized that she had a special connection with cats and understood cats’ unique subtleties. She was vice president of the student chapter of The American Association of Feline Practitioners and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. Marzec practiced at two feline only clinics in Chicago before joining College Station Cat Clinic allowing her to gain invaluable experience. She shares her home in Naperville with her husband, her two children Rosie and Elliot and her three cats, Jones, Penny and Pinx the Sphynx. Dr. Marzec’s special interests include internal medicine, behavior, nutrition and preventative care. She believes very strongly in client education and making sure that she and her clients work together in order to provide the best care possible for her patients.
