Patients are seen by appointment only. Drop-off appointments and emergencies are seen on an as-needed basis, please phone ahead. Payment is due at time of service.

To make an appointment with one of our veterinarians, please call us at 630-690-4949 to set up a time that is convenient with your schedule. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we request that you contact us at least a day in advance.

Your Cat's First Visit

To schedule your cat’s first visit with us, please call us at 630-690-4949. In order for us to have a complete medical history for your cat, please bring any previous medical records, including vaccination history and laboratory test results, to your first visit or send them to us in advance via email staff@collegestationvet.com or fax to 630-690-8323.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay and Care Credit. We also accept personal checks.
